Do you offer click & collect?

Yes — order online and pick up in store, usually ready the same day. We'll even have it gift-wrapped and waiting if you ask.

Can you post a gift for me?

Absolutely. We post Australia-wide, and gift wrapping is always complimentary. Add a note at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card.

Do you stock local makers?

A growing number of our shelves come from makers within an hour's drive — ceramics, candles, preserves and textiles. Look for the "Makers' corner" and the maker's name on each piece.

What's your returns policy?

If something isn't quite right, bring it back within 30 days with your receipt for an exchange or store credit. Change-of-mind returns just need to be unused and in original condition.

Is there free delivery?

Local delivery is free on orders over $75 around Mount Gambier. For everywhere else, postage is calculated at checkout — and it's always carefully packed.
